Customer Care Specialist/ part-time
This position will support a wide range of customers, members, volunteers, and internal staff through (primarily) a helpdesk support platform. Tasks include direct ticket management and issue resolution via Zendesk, crafting and maintaining articles and FAQs in a static help-center environment, and constantly learning about CSA’s many products, departments, and research initiatives. Work will be based out of CSA’s Bellingham, WA office, but there is potential for some work to be handled remotely with flexible hours.
Associate's degree or equivalent
Support Desk experience a plus
Comfortable working with a variety of computer programs
